Our client within the Fiduciary sector is looking to hire a Senior Administrator (Corporate Secretarial) to have responsibility for the provision of administrative and accounting support, and relationship management to a client portfolio.
This role will involve liaising with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers as required. Assisting with preparation of meetings. Organising, holding and taking minutes for meetings. Working within a team on all aspects of divisional administration, accounting and reporting. Ensuring that all bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations are completed in timely manner.
The ideal candidate will need a professional qualification such as ICSA, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry, excellent communication and organisation skills. Please contact Reece for more information.
