This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make the next step in their IT career! Within this role you will contribute to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support team, by providing IT service support across different jurisdictions, adhering to IT procedures and standards. You will provide Hardware and Software support, be the first point of contact for all support or service calls and liaise with the wider Support Team regarding outstanding calls, managing customer expectations.
The successful candidate must have at least 1 years’ relevant IT experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft office and Windows 10 based operating system as well as excellent communication skills. Contact Megan for more information!
