Site Manager

Our client is looking for an individual to manage sites and facilities to ensure the effective, efficient and safe use of the premises, equipment and resources. A main purpose of this role will be to develop, monitor and maintain a 5-year rolling programme for site maintenance in liaison with the relevant persons; resource this work through use of the agreed processes, negotiate best deals and oversee contracts to ensure that contractors meet the required standards. The successful candidate will ideally have previous facilities management experience, as well as a qualification in health and safety management and risk assessment.
