Justine joined the 1st Recruitment team in 2024 as a Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, she worked within HR for over 13 years and she holds a Certificate in HR Practice. She lived and worked in the UK before moving to Abu Dhabi, eventually settling in Jersey in 2015. Justine enjoys the variety of work and the rewarding nature of the recruitment sector and meeting new clients and candidates to help them find their ideal roles.
