A main purpose of this role will be to develop, monitor and maintain a 5-year rolling programme for site maintenance in liaison with the relevant persons; resource this work through use of the agreed processes, negotiate best deals and oversee contracts to ensure that contractors meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will hold membership to the relevant professional facilities governing body BIFM or RICS along with a health and safety qualification such as IOSH or IIRSM.
