Join our client’s dynamic Corporate Governance team and take on a crucial role in developing and implementing the best practices for good corporate governance across a diverse portfolio of companies. Duties will include assisting with the incorporation of new companies, conducting due diligence on relevant stakeholders and liaising with company registrars. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a strong work ethic and hold a university degree or equivalent in a related field and/or have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within corporate governance.
