Reporting to the Group HR Director and the Global Managing Partner in Jersey, we have a 12 month contract opportunity to support the development and implementation of global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. Key responsibilities include chairing regular DEI steering group meetings on key topics, managing the group DEI budget and producing the annual pay report. You will need proven experience leading DEI activity in a medium/large-sized professional services firm and the ability to work with senior stakeholders and present at board level.
