Internal Compliance Officer

Our client, a modern, independent consultancy business providing company secretarial, governance and corporate services to clients is seeking an internal Compliance Officer to lay the groundwork for what will be an expanding compliance division within the firms corporate framework. The role will give the successful individual the chance to progress their career and make a substantial impact that’s critical not just to the firms success, but to maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of their operations. As their first internal Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping the compliance landscape of the Company. Duties will involve but are not limited too policy leadership, regulatory vigilance and comprehensive reporting. The role holder will have a minimum of 3 years in a compliance role within the Fiduciary or POI sectors with a strong desire to advance into roles such as CO, MLCO, or MLRO. Qualifications in a relevant field, or ongoing study towards such qualifications is advantageous.
