Would suit someone with Call Centre experience (Banking) who is looking for a change of career path. Working within Registry which registers and maintains Jersey companies, partnerships, foundations and limited liability companies your role will be to act as point of contact for all related queries liaising with the operations team. Within time and through further support and training you will play a pivotal role in identifying associated risks and escalating as necessary. Basic knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is essential with exposure to compliance/CDD in particular. Must have good customer service/people skills.
