Working within the Client Applications team, in this role as Systems Analyst you will strive to ensure that clients and colleagues have the best possible experience with the client servicing applications suite. Duties will include providing general user support, writing reports, supporting with integration/automation, and preparing training materials. You will need to have some coding experience and be able to follow rigid change processes. An understanding of SQL and some financial services knowledge would be advantageous, as well as experience working with a ticketing system. Hybrid working opportunities are available with this role.
